Law on nature conservation. Refers on certain points to fisheries and sets exceptions for activities covered by the Fisheries Act 1963 (e.g. Art 1.11). This act does not apply to those activities if practiced in the exclusive economic zone. Its Art 3.10 prohibites the deliberate killing of marine mammals and fish listed in Part A of the Annex. Establishes measures to reduce and prevent impacts on fish stocks and marine habitats. Refers to the Habitats Directive.

Supplements Regulation (EU) No 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund with regard to the period of time and the dates for the inadmissibility of applications

Executive Order on the use of feed types in saltwater-based fish farming. This executive order covers saltwater fish farms and aquaculture.

Amends Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/288 as regards the period of inadmissibility of applications for support from the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund

Executive Order on recreational fishing in salt and fresh water as well as gear fishing, etc. in fresh water. Refers to the Fisheries Act.

Supplements Regulation (EU) No 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council by identifying the costs eligible for support from the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund in order to improve hygiene, health, safety and working conditions of fishermen, protect and restore marine biodiversity and ecosystems, mitigate climate change and increase the energy efficiency of fishing vessels.

Supplements Regulation (EU) No 508/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund as regards the criteria for establishing the level of financial corrections and for applying flat rate financial corrections, and amending Commission Regulation (EC) No 665/2008.

Nature Conservation Scheme. Refers to the Animals Act, the Animal Health and Welfare Act, the Fisheries Act of 1963 and the sea and coastal fisheries regulations. Sets several rules regarding nature conservation and fisheries among other topics. Sets conditions and exemptions for fisheries in certain situations.

Amends Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/98 on the implementation of the Union's international obligations, as referred to in Article 15(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, under the International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas and the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries. Refers to the International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT)

Decree designating supervisors 2016 regarding the Fisheries Act 1963. Designates the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority, the national tax authorities, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and other institutions and municipalities for supervising the compliance with the Fisheries Act.

Marine Installation Act. This law applies to the construction, operation and modification of facilitaties in the area of the exclusive economic zone and on the high seas under certain conditions. This includes aquaculture facilities.

Lays down rules on the format for the submission of work plans for data collection in the fisheries and aquaculture sectors. Refers to the content of work plans, the data the be collected in accordance with the multiannual Union programme, the quality assurance and quality control, regional and international cooperation and coordination arrangements and international obligations.

On notifying a third country of the possibility of being identified as a non-cooperating third country in fighting illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing. Refers to UNCLOS, the Agreement for the implementation of the provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 10 December 1982 relating to the conservation and management of straddling fish stocks and highly migratory fish stocks, the FAO International Plan of Action to Prevent, Deter and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported and Unregulated Fishing

Executive Order on protection times for fish and crustaceans in salt water. Applies to to fishing in Danish fishing territory and to fishing with a Danish registered fishing vessel outside this area.

Executive Order on commercial fishing for horse prawns and shrimp king. Refers the Fisheries Act. Sets the area within which such fishing can be practiced. Refers to Regulations (EC) 850/1998 and (EU) 2015/2440 (now both repealed).

Executive Order on monitoring of surface water, groundwater, protected areas and on nature monitoring in international nature conservation areas, etc. Sets various requirements for shellfish waters. Refers to the Nature Conservation Act.
