Sea fisheries implementing regulation. Refers to Regulations 3440/84, 2056/2001, 1185/2003, 1954/2003, 1984/2003, 1415/2004, 520/2007, 1005/2008, 1010/2009, 1224/2009, 640/2010, 404/2011, 882/2003, 734/2008 and 1936/2001. Also refers to the Sea and Coastal Fisheries Regulation and the Decree on the Registration of Fishing Vessels. Sets rules prohibiting some practices regarding fishing. It refers to the designation of landing ports, defines landingand unloading regulations; refers to fishing opportunies and data collection, exeptions of fishing bans, authorized catch quantities. It also defines technical measures (mesh size, facilities for trawl nets...) and aims to protect the vulnerable marine environment from fishing practices. It defines the rules of access to waters for third countries fishing vessels...

Animals Act. Contains an integral framework for rules on kept animals and related subjects. It concerns the health and welfare of animals at every stage of their life (farming, killing, transport…).

Temporary amendment of the Fisheries Act 1963 (introduction of the power to take administrative measures).

Amends Council Regulation (EC) No 708/2007 concerning use of alien and locally absent species in aquaculture

Ordinance on the approval of control centers according to the Organic Farming Act. Annexes refer to control in the aquaculture field.

Amends Annex IV to Council Directive 2006/88/EC as regards the list of fish species susceptible to Viral haemorrhagic septicaemia and the deletion of the entry for Epizootic ulcerative syndrome

Executive Order on monitoring of fishing vessels via satellite. Refers to the Fisheries Act

Ports Act. It applies to ports used for commercial handling of goods, vehicles, persons and landings of fish (§ 1).

"Updates and amends a number of provisions of the Torremolinos Protocol. The Cape Town Agreement includes mandatory international requirements for stability, construction and associated seaworthiness of fishing vessels of 24 metres in length and over, as well as requirements for life-saving appliances, communication equipments and fire protection. It also aims to reduce IUU fishing (Illegal, Unregulated, Unreported) and a sustainable management of stocks".

Aims to establishes conditions and measures for the implementation of the Work in Fishing Convention at the EU level.

Refers to the UNCLOS and the Agreement for the implementation of the provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 10 December 1982 relating to the conservation and management of straddling fish stocks and highly migratory fish stocks

Ordinance on the protection of animals in connection with slaughtering or killing and for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1099/2009. It applies to the storage of fish and crustaceans which are intented for the production of food but not to mass catches of fish (fisheries)

Law for the prevention and control of animal diseases.

On the common organisation of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products. Amends Council Regulations (EC) No 1184/2006 and (EC) No 1224/2009 and repeals Council Regulation (EC) No 104/2000. Amended by Regulation (EU) 2015/812 and Regulation (EU) 2020/560. Refers to producer and professional organisations as well as common marketing standards, consumer information and competition rules.

Maritime Labor Act. Establishes rules for working on board of a ship, including a fishing vessel.

Establishes a Community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the common fisheries policy. Amends Regulations (EC) No 847/96, (EC) No 2371/2002, (EC) No 811/2004, (EC) No 768

Executive Order on authorization and operation of aquaculture farms as well as on the turnover of aquatic organisms and products. Refers to the Animal Husbandry Act. This executive order relates to veterinary matters in connection with the authorization and operation of aquaculture farms and the sale of aquatic organisms and products.

Executive Order on special fishing rules and protection belts in the Wadden Sea and in certain South Jutland watercourses. Refers to the Fisheries Act. Applies to the Wadden Sea and the streams flowing into the Wadden Sea. It aims the conservation of salmon and trout. It defines regulations regarding fishing gear in the Wadden Sea.

Amends Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 as regards the control system for organic production which also applies to aquaculture

Certificates of competency and certificates of proficiency shall be endorsed with regulations and limitations in accordance with the STCW Convention and the STCW-F Convention.

Amends Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 as regards the use of non-organic aquaculture juveniles and non-organic seed of bivalve shellfish in organic aquaculture

The act on seafarers’ conditions of employment, etc. (lov om søfarendes ansættelsesforhold
m.v.) shall apply to the conditions of employment on fishing vessels with the amendments deriving from sections 2-11 of this order.
