Defines rules on applications for subsidies regarding the European Fund for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. Sets rules on aquaculture innovation projets, efficiency improvements, innovation projects for sustainable fishing, investments for added value of fishery products and also temporary cessation of fishing activities as a result of Covid-19. Amends Council Regulations (EC) No 850/98 (not in force anymore), (EC) No 2187/2005, (EC) No 1967/2006, (EC) No 1098/2007, (EC) No 254/2002, (EC) No 2347/2002 and (EC) No 1224/2009, and Regulations (EU) No 1379/2013 and (EU) No 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as regards the landing obligation, and repeals Council Regulation (EC) No 1434/98.

Amending Regulation for the implementation regulation for sea fisheries

Marine Installation Act. This law applies to the construction, operation and modification of facilitaties in the area of the exclusive economic zone and on the high seas under certain conditions. This includes aquaculture facilities.

Nature Conservation Scheme. Refers to the Animals Act, the Animal Health and Welfare Act, the Fisheries Act of 1963 and the sea and coastal fisheries regulations. Sets several rules regarding nature conservation and fisheries among other topics. Sets conditions and exemptions for fisheries in certain situations.

Amends Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/98 on the implementation of the Union's international obligations, as referred to in Article 15(2) of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, under the International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas and the Convention on Future Multilateral Cooperation in the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries. Refers to the International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT)

Decree designating supervisors 2016 regarding the Fisheries Act 1963. Designates the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority, the national tax authorities, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and other institutions and municipalities for supervising the compliance with the Fisheries Act.

Establishes management measures, technical measures, control measures on several issues (e.g. by-catch, quota, fishing authorisations, designated ports, landing, inspection, logbooks requirements...). Refers to the International Convention for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT)

Executive Order on monitoring of surface water, groundwater, protected areas and on nature monitoring in international nature conservation areas, etc. Sets various requirements for shellfish waters. Refers to the Nature Conservation Act.

Environment Protection Act. The purpose of the Act is to help protect the environment and to preserve animals and plant life. It applies to all activities in relation to pollution, such as deployment of solid, liquid or gaseous substances; air, water, noise, soil and subsoil pollution. It implements EU Directives 92/43/EEC (Habitats Directive), EU Directive 2000/60/EC establishing a framework for Community action in the field of water policy, the EU Directive 2009/147/EC on the conservation of wild birds. It applies to certain extents to maritime fisheries.
